If you want to receive your package more rapidly please contact us and we can offer you delivery by UPS, DHL or FedEx.
All our shipments are insured and delivered upon a confirmation of receipt. If, however, the shipment is not delivered on time, please contact us, and we will trace it, and in case it is lost, we will send another package with the same products or refund your money. If the shipment shows any evidence of damage, open it in the carrier’s presence and if you find any damages, refuse the delivery.
All payments are made through the PayPal secure HTTPS system for e-commerse transactions. It means that while paying by credit card all data such as your card number or validity date are known only to our bank and PayPal. Payments are made via safe Internet connection. The connection is encoded and nobody is able to track it. When the payment is done, our bank freezes the order amount on your credit card. Only after packaging and shipping, we will charge your credit card with the total order amount.
