The chenille is intended not only for making the bodies of "worms", as suggested by the name, but there are several other ways to use these chenilles. Besides fine ones, you can make a leech, a caddisfly larva, or a bone worm from chenille for catching barbel or chub. For working with chenille, it is important to first seal or glue the ends to prevent the chenille from unraveling. We do not wrap the chenille around the hook, although that is also possible, but we tie the body off the hook, as is done, for example, with large mayflies.
